The property, formerly a farm, is part of a locality named “Le Petit Chaunay”
and was built in 1776.
Originally, the owners’ home was the farmers' house.
The rooms for our guests were fitted up in a building, formerly a stable and cowshed.
The property includes few outbuildings and there are more than 5000
square meters (1 acre) surrounding the property.
Our guests can also enjoy a games room/fitness room equipped with a stepper, a treadmill, an exercise bike, a foosball table, a table-tennis table and a pinball.
Our guests benefit from a living room where they can take their meals or meet together for exchanging their touristical discoveries.
This living room is equipped with a fridge, a micro-wave and all the necessary crockery.
Alternatively, if they desire, our guests can have lunch or dinner in the garden, in the shadow of the peartree, or on the poolside.
Breakfasts are taken in common, either in the dining room of the owners, or under the canopy facing the pool.
They are particularly plentiful and are composed exclusively of fresh produce
(see their detailed composition).
